Research group

I supervise and co-supervise PhD projects around probabilistic machine learning, interpretable representation learning, and machine learning for biomedical data. The group is connected with ongoing work in ML4DS and with clinical and scientific collaborators across neuroimaging, microbiology, cardiology, and genomics.
